Our Head Coach Ben has years of experience within the performance environments of competitive sport. While playing a rugby match in 2015 he sustained a back injury that led to his fascination with biomechanics.

Through committing to a prescribed rehabilitation program he recovered from his disc issue and the intermittent numbness it caused in his legs. During his recovery he learned the importance of barbell based strength training which form the foundations of healthy movement.

Having healthy movement is vital to our long-term health and developing this in our team is Ben's top priority.
